Kind of like youtube, but with better selection and less crap. There seem to be more players entering the video field as well. You can also include vimeo in this batch as well as the 1 million pound gorilla – youtube – or Mr. Youtube, to you.

It’s focus is business, which is great for all of the readers of my blog – as we are all (hopefully) in business of some sort. As with anything, it is more important to actually share your content, than just host it. If you just host it here, then it will probably never get viewed. Look at hosting it on one of these services, and then embedding your video onto your own website, prior to sharing it.

As for the community side of things – it is in the beginnings – it is a great initiative, as this is one of the things that is lacking from the other video hosting services – of course, if you consider writing expletive comments on youtube as a “community”, then you should probably go play ‘there’ more often.

One trick you can use – each of the video hosting services have a different type of player… can you start to identify each one?
