Today we are continuing our investigation and discovery into our sales funnel. Yes, we all need them, as this is why we are in business.
Do you remember when we spoke about strategy? Well, you can now finally see it come to play with the “why”. Are you just generating leads, sales, or simple transactions? This is where you really need to be clear as to what it is that you need your audience to do, to reach your business goals. What path can you take them down, to inform and educate your audience?
Goals for Today
Look at the information and structure that you need to deliver to your customers/audience, to move them along your sales process.
What to Consider Today
Take a look at these questions:
- How do you respond to people who contact you online?
- How do you capture leads?
- How do you communicate with your audience? What tools do you use?
